We’re pleased to announce Kathleen Sebelius, U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services, will address participants at this year’s gathering of the National Rural Assembly in Bethesda.

As Governor of Kansas, Sebelius led a House briefing in 2007 on issues and opportunities for rural communities as part of the first National Rural Assembly. Her June 2013 address will again address broad issues affecting rural quality of life and more specifically, the role rural women and young people play in creating healthy, thriving communities.
